Full Time Accommodation for Part-Time Work

We are looking for a couple or individual with experience working with horses and people that love them.  The interested person(s) would need to be available for specified chores on the ranch, mostly morning and evening feeding of horses.  This would be a 7 day a week part-time position although there would certainly be flexibility for time off.

With the performance of agreed upon chores, would come free board in a nice second story, fully self-contained unit onsite.  It includes a large personal deck, all appliances, and one bedroom.  Utilities are included, so the only expense of living there would be a telephone and internet if you so choose.  An additional bonus is the ability to keep up to 2 horses at the ranch at no charge, a $500-600 value per month.
